The following options are available:
Send an E-Mail encrypted. Only you and the recipients can read the E-Mail content.
Sending an E-Mail with a signature. The signature ensures that the recipient is able to recognise whether the E-Mail content has been changed in transport.

How to send an encrypted E-Mail:
Click the
icon in the E-Mail editing window. A function bar will be displayed above the E-Mail text.Icons next to the recipients indicate whether the message can be encrypted for this recipient. If hovering over an icon, a description will be displayed.
In order to additionally sign the E-Mail, click on
in the E-Mail function bar. Enable .If Guard settings, you can use additional options. To do so, click on in the function bar. You can activate the following options:
